A Godrej Refrigerator was purchased from your shop i. e. The Great Eastern Trading Co., Barrackpore Station area shop 6 months ago in cash which was delivered to Mrs. Soma Sarkar, near Agarpara Uttarpally Club. But, the deep freeze door is detached from the side. I, Partha Pratim Bose, an Income Tax Officer tried several times to contact your staff from whom the item was purchased. But, till now no response. Hence, pl. look into the matter to depute your staff/mechanic to repair the same asap.
